Mark 14:39-42 You Are Either With Jesus, Or Against Him

Again He went away and prayed, saying the same words. And again He came and found them sleeping, for their eyes were very heavy; and they did not know what to answer Him. And He came the third time, and said to them, “Are you still sleeping and resting? It is enough; the hour has come; behold, the Son of Man is being betrayed into the hands of sinners. Get up, let us be going; behold, the one who betrays Me is at hand!”

When Jesus hung on the cross, His disciples less John the beloved scattered. They were afraid of the weighty opinion of the crying crowd if they were determined to be identified with Christ. Did you realize that that is the situation today? Jesus has said that those who confess Him publicly, He will confess to His Father in Heaven. Also, those who fail to confess Him publicly, neither will He confess to His Father in Heaven. If you could see a video of your life, how would you feel if you were on of the ones fleeing from the Cross? You may say, I would not be one of the ones running away? Unless you have received Jesus as Savior and have the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit, you most certainly will be one of the betrayers. So what holds you back? Right now, bend your knees and fold your hands and tell Jesus that he is your all and receive Him as Your Savior, because until you do, you publicly shame Him.

Daily Prayer: Lord Jesus, unless you send the hearers faith, they will not have it. Today, send faith to those who have not called You Savior and Lord. Let it begin in my own house and then to all who are seeking you, but need You to draw near. In Your holy name I pray Amen.
