“Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe to stumble, it would be better for him if, with a heavy millstone hung around his neck, he had been cast into the sea. If your hand causes you to stumble, cut it off; it is better for you to enter life crippled, than, having your two hands, to go into hell, into the unquenchable fire, [where their worm does not die, and the fire is not quenched.] If your foot causes you to stumble, cut it off; it is better for you to enter life lame, than, having your two feet, to be cast into hell, [where their worm does not die, and the fire is not quenched.] If your eye causes you to stumble, throw it out; it is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye, than, having two eyes, to be cast into hell, where their worm does not die, and the fire is not quenched. “There, everyone will be salted with fire. Salt is good; but if the salt becomes unsalty, with what will you make it salty again? Have salt in yourselves, and be at peace with one another.”
Two of Jesus most spoken about topics is the Kingdom of Heaven and Hell for those who forfeit salvation. Hell was created for Satan and the demonic fallen angels, but for people who reject the grace of Christ on the Cross inherits the same everlasting punishment. It is an unquenchable punishment that has no remedy and for which God brings no mercy. In life, there is the possibility of two deaths. When we leave the physical realm, we die and are buried. To those who do not inherit eternal life with God, they are condemned to die a second and unpardonable death – the wrath of God without ceasing. So heed the warning by Christ and choose lifie. In Jesus name I pray Amen.
Daily Prayer: Lord Jesus, I thank you for the salvation you have given me, but not me alone, but to anyone who receives the salvation you offered when you were crucified and raised from the dead. Awaken the sleeping souls who have no eternal vision. Quicken their minds and their hearts to not only receive Your salvation, but to love You.
In Your holy name I pray Amen.
