Colossians 3:22-4:6 Men serve your boss as unto the Lord. Bosses you are accountable to God because any power you possess is from him.
Servants, obey in all things those who are your masters according to the flesh, not just when they are looking, as men pleasers, but in singleness of heart, fearing God. And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ. But he who does wrong will receive again for the wrong that he has done, and there is no partiality. Masters, give to your servants that which is just and equal, knowing that you also have a Master in heaven. Continue steadfastly in prayer, watching therein with thanksgiving; praying together for us also, that God may open to us a door for the word, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in bonds that I may reveal it as I ought to speak Walk in wisdom toward those who are outside, redeeming the time. 6 Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one.
When we labor in the flesh, we labor not for men but unto God. We are to fear him knowing that he knows all things and disciples those that are his. If we prevail until the end, he will reward us in unimaginable ways and we must be true to our conviction. When we stumble, we must confess our sins and he who is faithful and just will forgive our sins and wash away all unrighteousness. Amen.
